Scrambled Eggs Muffins

These are great for your kids or for you, they are really quick and come out fluffy and moist and just delicious. We use a lot of cheese so that is why ours looks a little crispy on top.

You will need to spray your muffin tin very well with Pam or other non stick spray make sure you use a lot so they muffins come out nice.

The ingredients are your choice I will add the ones we use but remember cooking is about expressing yourself so follow your instincts and enjoy it.

Pepper Jack Cheese crumbles
Honey Baked Ham
Bacon
Milk (just a little to be mixed into eggs)
Eggs (whisk in a bowl along with other ingredients)
salt and pepper

Mix all your ingredients into a bowl then pour into muffin tin only fill about half way. pop them in the oven at 350 degrees and cook for 20-25 Min's depending on your oven.
Once you take them out take a knife around the edges and then lift them up and there you have it Scrambled Egg Muffins.
